The client in Whittier came to us wanting to add on to her house and enlarge the master bedroom and master bath. We reorganized the area with a luxurious steam shower with wet room and tub. The existing house was just over 2,000 sf. and the additional area added was 374 s.f.
Wancho Designs handled all the documents needed for permitting and obtained a permit for construction.
