I founded Wancho Designs LLC tp bring professional, high-quality design to homeowners across Orange County. My career began in Texas, where I practiced as a Licensed Architect, honing my skills on complex architectural challenges and mastering the technical side of building safety and design.
Today, I apply this same architectural rigor to residential projects in Southern California, serving client in all of Orange County and surrounding areas. With nearly three decades of experience , I specialize in ADU's, Custom home additions, full custom home design, and navigating the most difficult permitting processes. When you work with me, you get the best of both worlds: the creativity of a passionate designer and the technical expertise of a seasoned, licensed professional.
