San Clemente ADU

This new detached ADU in San Clemente is now under construction after a lengthy permitting process that included review by the Coastal commission since the project was adjacent to a watershed. The client wanted a new two-story ADU with a full kitchen and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were able to accomplish everything the client wanted and the project is now under construction.
