Newport Beach

The client in Newport Beach came to us with a desire to completely transform their house to meet the needs of their growing family. We started as a 2,600 sf 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home and creatively transformed it into a 3,900 sf 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house with a playroom and new downstairs office.

We really pushed the limits with this design and packed in everything the client wanted. Wancho Designs handled all the HOA and city approvals and continued to work with the client throughout construction to ensure the design was executed to the client's liking.

The project is currently under construction and scheduled to be complete in early 2026.
