Fullerton ADU

This client came to us with the need for a detached ADU for their parents. Unfortunately the client started this work with an engineer who wasn't able to envision the client's needs or help with permitting in an effective manner. He essentially abandoned the project leaving the client with nothing to show for it. Wancho Designs happily helped and was able to get this project approved with the city.

The ADU is now completed.
